Education Services

OCI is one of the largest OO technology, Java and CORBA training providers. Through our Educational Services program we offer over 50 different courses to choose from including .NET/C#, Java, EJB, XML, C++, CORBA, TAO, & OOAD/UML. We offer over 20 different courses in Java alone!

Professional Certifications

We encourage and do our best to prepare our Employees to obtain professional certifications such as Sun Certified Java Programmer, Developer, and Architect. Training, exams, and certifications are included in our tuition reimbursment program.

Mentoring Program

All new employees at OCI are assigned a mentor to help you acclimate as quickly as possible. We know how much effort it takes to start a new position - possibly this will be your last!

Performance-based Advancement Track

OCI Software Engineers are given an opportunity to advance to Principal and Partner levels.
