XP for Customers

Goals

This workshop provides an overview of eXtreme Programming principles with specific focus on the Customer role. In the lab sessions, participants work through several hands-on exercises and apply story development, project planning, story acceptance testing techniques covered in the course material.

  • Learn the practices and techniques of the eXtreme Programming discipline
  • Plan a software project using the Extreme Planning process
  • Utilize automated acceptance testing to develop high quality software with confidence

Audience

Members of an Agile (XP) development team who will be responsible for the customer role---providing guidance on application requirements and setting priorities for feature inclusion.
