Paul Calabrese

Paul Calabrese received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1983 and his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in 1989.  Mr. Calabrese started with OCI in 1994.

"I am interested in the full life cycle of software development from first ideas, through design and development, to eventual deployment and maintenance.  I'm also interested in how development paradigms and social issues influence these processes."

Mr. Calabrese has a broad variety of domain experience, including defense, aerospace, telecommunications, and financial applications.  Much of his experience has involved infrastructure products, but he has worked at all layers of the application "stack".  He is most proud of the production systems we have helped Motorola, Bloomberg, Boeing, and other companies field.  Many of these applications are still being used and improved today.

Mr. Calabrese has been married for 18 years and is the father of two teenagers as well as the guardian of two canine-americans.  They live in Des Peres, MO.  His hobbies include playing Ice Hockey and Reading.
